Treliant and congruentX, though only partners as of this year, have completed multiple successful engagements together. Beginning with their migration to the cloud, congruentX successfully migrated Treliant's on-prem D365 system to the cloud. Throughout this migration, congruentX took on the role of advisor and supporter in helping them make decisions with the future in mind. By utilizing congruentX training sessions and advisory, Treliant has already taken advantage of many new features available with being online and received positive end user feedback and adoption of their new Dynamics system. Upon completion of their migration to the cloud, they quickly engaged congruentX to merge their newly acquired business unit from Zoho CRM into Dynamics. Not only did they have a tight deadline, approximately 7 weeks, it required a complete database migration and customizations unique to the new BU. congruentX quickly engaged several team members to tackle these requirements. We were able to migrate the thousands of records required to support historical reporting and our functional team seamlessly configured the solution to merge existing functionality with the new team’s unique requirements. We also utilized PowerApps to provide necessary automation for live currency rate reporting for financial queries and the ability to clone engagements for faster efficiency. With this successful go-live congruentX has now moved into a support relationship where we are available to support Treliant for all of their Dynamics administration, support or enhancement needs.
A unique client nowadays as things move to the cloud, Hamilton Manufacturing partnered with congruentX to upgrade their on-premise Dynamics system and database from v8.2 to v9. Not only was it a complete upgrade of their Dynamics system, congruentX also reconfigured their ADFS, assisted in deploying and training on App for Outlook and delivered end user training. congruentX was also tasked with replacing their existing Scribe integrations with KingswaySoft which included an evaluation and re-architecture of the current integrations for maximum efficiency. The engagement completed with a successful go-live in which Hamilton received positive end user feedback of the new system. congruentX delivered a nearly seamless transition and provided endless support for any questions or concerns regarding the new functionality and setup.
The recent partnership between congruentX and Diversified Radiology has enabled them to move from a system of completely disparate databases to a singular platform that combines all of there data for access in a single place. What before used to take users hours to review, clean and qualify report on is now taking them seconds, as we are combining key data points from their systems to bring important data to the forefront and enable users to find exactly what they need quickly. This new power platform implementation is allowing them to automate much of their invoicing and data clean up process, and simplify their reporting needs. After a successful go live of their new customer and contract management platform, they’ve already join on as on-going partner through one of our subscriptions to further develop their reporting capabilities, as well as human resource management.
